When is it worth using support?
Demographic changes
We are an aging society with an increasing risk of acquired disabilities. Your team may already include people with disabilities who are afraid to disclose a disability certificate for various reasons. We will help you manage the process and encourage to declare a disability. Thanks to this project, employees with disabilities will gain a sense of security, additional rights, and your company will benefit financially.
Staff shortages, too frequent replacement of candidates
We will help you open up to hiring people with disabilities. We will suggest how to make employees realize their full potential. By giving people with disabilities a chance, you can count on their loyalty and commitment.
High payments to PFRON (disabled rehabilitation fund)
Contributions to PFRON Fund are a monthly cost that can be reduced by hiring candidates with disabilities and using the services and products of, among others, Sheltered Workplaces that employ people with disabilities. We advise how to optimize contributions to PFRON.
Challenges of a diverse team

About the Foundation
The Foundation promotes the employment and inclusion of people with disabilities in the open labor market. This organization was established to support two important groups: people with disabilities seeking employment and informed employers ready to create diverse teams. This Foundation was established in 2020. Previously, for more than a decade, the project functioned as an internal initiative of Job Impulse Poland. During this time it has evolved to such a size that we decided to spin it off as an independent non-profit organization. Now we can achieve even more!
