Job Diverse Project
We recognize that inclusivity is key and requires a conscious approach.
Inclusivity
is not just a policy, but a daily practice in companies.
Diverse teams
mean greater creativity, better ideas and greater organizational resilience to change.
Openness of companies
o different groups of employees is a competitive edge.
We connect people, values and opportunities.
As part of the Job Diverse project, we support disadvantaged groups in the labor market:
- people with disabilities,
- women returning to the labor market,
- more experienced people (50+),
- young people, entering the labor market
- foreign individuals working under-qualified.
We offer recruitment, training, counseling and practical tools to help break down barriers and create equal opportunities for people from disadvantaged groups.
Our goal is to partner in building and developing an inclusive work culture.
